If there's one thing I've learned as a mental health provider, it's that there is no one size fits all for therapy strategies. I am committed to making therapy accessible to everyone, including law enforcement and first responders who are often overlooked and face overwhelming stigma about seeking therapy. My in depth experience has been in community mental health, doing the hard work with victims of interpersonal and violent crimes, and collaborating with the justice system to offer insight and feedback to achieve the best outcome for victims.
